Essential Day to Day Responsibilities:

1. Derive and deliver Technical Solution and take a leadership role in doing so.
2. Overall Techncial responsibility of the projects assigned
3. Prepare technical strategy and guide the project in implementing it
4. Elementary architectural knowledge
5. Lead a team of 5-7 (SSE/SE) developers.
6. Design, implement, test, and debug software according to schedules
7. Troubleshoot problems and implement appropriate solutions to problems
8. Follow recommended software development methodology standards
9. Document code and procedures used
10. Document efforts expended in work-tracking system
11. Perform other related duties as assigned by management
